Kelleys Island Retreat
is our 3-bedroom/2-bath island home away from home located on beautiful Kelleys Island. Built in 2008 this family friendly home is just the right place for you and your family to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Kelleys Island. With kids and family in mind, we designed and built the home to comfortably accomodate 2 small families or one large family.
In addition to the normal amenities (see below) you'll find a baby crib, pack-n-play, high chair, baby gates, out door play set, plenty of indoor/outdoor toys and games for the kids, and an abundance of beach toys and inflatibles for sunny days at the beach.
The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a spacious upstairs loft with 17ft vaulted ceiling w/queen size futon couch/bed, Game room w/queen size futon couch/bed, Great room, large fully-equipped kitchen, - with Margarita blender, large rap-around downstairs front deck, 8x16 upstairs deck w/view of the lake, and 16x16 back deck leading out to the back yard play area.
Kelleys Island Retreat also offers two TV/DVD players, full-size washer and dryer, firepit/table and large charcoal grill.
With or without kids in tow, the lake is just a 2 minute walk from the house to the lake shore, where you can catch some daytime sun or watch one of the many gorgeous island sunsets.

Reservations and Deposits
To make a reservation we require a $300 security deposit. Full rental amount due 14 days prior to arrival. Deposit will be returned, less any damage costs, within 10 days of departure.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit is refundable if you cancel 30 days in advance of your reservation. Deposit is not refundable less than 30 days from your reservation unless we are able to fill the vacancy.
